Adidas size chart & fit

Adidas runs 0.5 long on most performance and lifestyle silhouettes. Size down half a size on Ultraboost, Samba, Gazelle and Superstar.

Sizing philosophy

Adidas lasts are narrow through the midfoot with a long toe box. Their EU label uses half sizes (unusual for a European brand), so the granularity is finer than the US label suggests.

How Adidas shoes fit

Ultraboost, Samba, Gazelle, Superstar and Stan Smith all run 0.5 long. Trail (Terrex) is true to size. Adizero racing runs snug — true to size or 0.5 up if between sizes.

How Adidas clothing fits

Originals tees run boxy and true; performance apparel runs slim through the arm and torso.

Width & last

Narrow midfoot across the range. No official Wide option on lifestyle silhouettes; Terrex offers Wide on Free Hiker and Swift.
